Boston Territory Sales and Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Boston territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the Boston territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in the animal health industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
