Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. As a Per Diem Special Procedures Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians in the performance of minimally invasive and invasive fluoroscopic guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-procedural setup and operation of radiology and support equipment
  • Assistance with sterile field, scrub, and circulating duties during procedures
  • Image archive management and documentation
  • Ancillary tasks and duties associated with patient care
Requirements
  • ACLS certification upon hire
  • CRT license/certification
  • ARRT license/certification
  • Advanced ARRT Certification in Cardiac and/or Vascular Interventional Radiography
  • CDHP Radiologic Technologist
  • Fluoroscopy permit
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a Cardiac Catheterization, Peripheral Vascular, and EP Lab
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in a Hybrid Operating Room Setting
  • Bachelor Degree in Radiation Science
  • Experience in a wide array of interventional technology and possible applications
