Job Description:

Ladgov Corporation seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Coordinator for Religious Education. This role is responsible for coordinating religious education programs, maintaining event calendars, preparing promotional materials, and tracking attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly meetings and Parish Council sessions to ensure smooth program coordination.
  • Maintain and update the monthly calendar for events such as Bible studies, retreats, and observances.
  • Prepare facility requests, develop promotional flyers, and track program attendance for weekly and seasonal activities.
  • Assist with preparing materials, distributing supplies, and resetting facilities after each session or event.
  • Coordinate and support seasonal programs like Vacation Bible School and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative coordination within religious education or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with proficiency in word processing and administrative tools.
  • Ability to work in a pluralistic environment respecting diverse faiths and perspectives.
  • Familiarity with military environments or religious support programs is preferred.
  • Capability to maintain professional conduct and respectful communication aligned with Army Chaplain Corps values.
