**Job Overview**

Gersh Autism seeks a dedicated and compassionate Student Aide to support our Educational Team in providing exceptional care to students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in facilitating the delivery of educational materials to and from students.
  • Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.
  • Act as an educator surrogate by assisting with lesson plans and supporting students in their daily tasks.
  • Complete administrative paperwork, including attendance records and discipline referrals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • RBT Courses or Certification.
  • Experience working with special education students.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data processing equipment.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues.
