Job Description
The Behavioral Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing behavioral support programs for students with autism at Gersh Academy Guaynabo. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in conducting skill and behavioral assessments, and proficiency in developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer behavioral assessment tools to conduct functional assessments and develop strategies to teach appropriate behaviors.
  • Facilitate training, modeling, mentoring, and supervision of staff and families in implementation of ABA and CPI principles, methodology, and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Oversee and ensure proper utilization of Telecubes for real-time behavior data collection and skill acquisition tracking in classrooms.

Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
