Job Overview

At Appleone, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Reporting: Collect and organize reports on shipments, pricing, and inventory, providing timely updates to the team.
  • Data Entry: Assist with entering data related to product launches and promotions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support with daily administrative tasks, including data analysis and report generation.
  • Reporting Dashboards: Manage and update reporting dashboards for the team, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Project Tracking: Track project progress, ensuring timely updates and effective project management.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Preferably, sales experience or data entry background.
  • Language Skills: Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, with ability to learn new software quickly.
