Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Program Coordinator to join our team at Gersh Academy Guaynabo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral support programs for students with autism.
  • Integrate evidence-based practices, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) strategies, into the school environment.
  • Collaborate with behavior interventionists, teachers, therapists, paraprofessionals, families, and administrators to create and sustain a positive learning environment.
  • Assist in the development and administration of behavioral assessment tools to conduct functional assessments and develop strategies to teach appropriate behaviors.

Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
