Peaking Power Generation Coordinator

This is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional to oversee and manage all activities related to peaking power generation sites within a generation project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy operations, project management, and regulatory compliance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a scheduling or project management role, with experience in the construction or Critical Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in program or project scheduling, along with a comprehensive understanding of scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Primavera P6, or comparable software.
• Proven expertise in managing operations or programs at power generation facilities, specifically in peaking plants or similar energy-related environments.
• Thorough knowledge of power generation processes, including the operation and maintenance of Peaker plants.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and lifecycle management.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven record of managing multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a proactive approach to addressing scheduling challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with pertinent industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.
