About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team at Safelite Group, Inc. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Initiate outgoing correspondence to clients to expedite collection of past due invoices
  • Process and submit check requests for client refunds as necessary
  • Perform basic clerical tasks at the request of clients, including faxing, copying, and emailing
  • Provide assistance to the Cash Application Department by researching unidentified client payments
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1-3 years of office experience, preferably in an insurance-related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
