We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team as a Customer Experience Expert. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone service to customers, ensuring the retention and growth of clients' portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Analyze customer needs and evaluate alternatives to satisfy them, making decisions to resolve issues promptly.
• Promote cross sales of financial products and services.
• Solve situations within authority and refer those outside of it.
• Provide information on products and services offered by Popular.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and etiquette.
• PC skills, including knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
