Job Summary
The Labchems Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all services produced by the company meet high standards and comply with industry regulations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain organization's quality records.
- Review, report, evaluate, and document quality issues or customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain quality systems, including quality standards, procedures, systems, and documentation.
- Gather and resume all data for the Quarterly Management Review Board meetings.
- Provide assistance in hosting external audits, including regulatory agencies and customer representatives.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting data trends and ensure general good lab procedures.
- Trains employees in Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
- Identifies ways to improve existing processes and systems to improve quality and consistency.
Requirements
To be successful as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in science or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a regulated industry.
- Working knowledge of quality system requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of cGMP.
- Experience enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience drafting reports and collating data.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external personnel.
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
- High-level of visual awareness, detail oriented.
- Ability for data collection and analysis.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
- Excellent computer skills, including ability to work effectively with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Commitment to occasional overtime as workload requires.
Estimated Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
