Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent telephone service to ensure customer retention and growth.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, evaluating alternatives, and making decisions to resolve issues promptly. You will also promote cross-sales of financial products and services, solve problems within your authority, and provide information about our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and etiquette.
  • PC skills, including knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

You will also need at least two years of experience in customer service or sales, as well as 24 approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience.
