We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Schulte Hospitality Group. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service
- Identify and address any maintenance or repair issues
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform opening and closing shift duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership housekeeping position
- High school education, post-high school education preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
