Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and General Manager in maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room merchandising and sales techniques
  • Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as logging and delivering messages, packages, and mail
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
