Responsibilities- Assist the Front Desk Manager and General Manager in maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room merchandising and sales techniques
- Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Perform administrative tasks, such as logging and delivering messages, packages, and mail
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
