Job Summary

This role involves handling phone calls from our members, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries
  • Resolve scheduling issues or concerns

Requirements

  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
  • Ability to work 40 hours/assigned 8-hour shifts between our normal business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 8:30pm
  • Proficiency with computer, Windows PC, and web applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system application
  • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
