  • Experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong event planning capabilities with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with clerical and administrative functions in an office setting.
  • Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate schedules effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong office management skills to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain order in daily operations.
  • Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is beneficial.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The schedule is an 8-hour shift, and the work location is in person.
