**Job Description**

We seek an experienced Supervisor to oversee the Disbursement Team. This role involves managing team members, ensuring compliance with procedures, and promoting a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences for both internal and external clients.
• Address and resolve claims in a timely manner, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other business units to enhance systems and processes, driving continuous improvement.
• Identify and address system issues promptly, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.
• Analyze findings, provide guidance, and encourage self-improvement among team members.
• Safeguard accurate and up-to-date procedures for all business units, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Develop and distribute team vacation reports, considering workload, campaign schedules, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Maintain close relationships with managers, sharing insights into team performance, challenges, and successes.
• Nurture effective communication with supported business units, offering assistance in areas like telemarketing, branch management, credit coordination, and commercial operations.
• Create and present informative reports and presentations as needed, helping drive strategic decisions.
• Record and report any unusual occurrences, promoting a culture of transparency and employee education.

**Requirements**

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Individual Credit Standards and Procedures, federal and state regulations, and banking industry laws.
• Proven administration, supervision, and employee management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Origination systems used in Retail Credit and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong decision-making capabilities, balancing risk and reward considerations.
• Clear, concise communication in both English and Spanish.
• Flexibility in tone and vocabulary adaptation to suit different audience needs.
• Effective negotiation and discussion skills.
