**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our Disbursement Team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for supervising the team's activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Your leadership skills and ability to motivate your team members will be crucial in achieving our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer experience for internal and external clients.
  • Manage and resolve claims received in a timely manner.
  • Participate in meetings with other business units to improve systems and processes.
  • Resolve and notify systems issues to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Review findings, provide coaching, and ask for correction if necessary.
  • Maintain updated procedures for all business units.
  • Prepare and organize vacation reports for the team, considering volumes, campaigns, and SLA results.
  • Keep the manager informed about team operations, issues, and results.
  • Maintain excellent communication with served units, providing support in telemarketing, branches, credit coordinators, commercial teams, and more.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations as needed.
  • Keep records and proactively report suspicious activities, providing training to the team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Individual Credit Standards and Procedures, Federal and State Regulations, and banking industry laws.
  • Administration, supervision, and employee management techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Mastery of Origination systems used in Retail Credit and Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Effective decision-making with consideration of risks and benefits.
  • Clear and precise communication in English and Spanish.
  • Adaptability in language and vocabulary according to recipient characteristics.
  • Negotiation and discussion skills.
