Disbursement Team Coordinator

**Leadership Role**

We seek an accomplished Supervisor to lead our Disbursement Team. As a trusted member of our operations department, you will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring compliance with policies, and promoting a productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Implement strategies to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Efficiently manage and resolve claims, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration across business units to enhance processes, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Promptly address system issues to maintain operational continuity and minimize disruptions.
• Offer constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to help team members grow professionally.
• Develop, implement, and maintain current procedures for all business units, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Prepare detailed vacation reports for the team, taking into account volume, campaigns, and SLA targets.
• Maintain regular communication with managers, sharing insights into team performance, challenges, and successes.
• Establish strong relationships with supported business units, providing expert advice in areas such as telemarketing, branch management, credit coordination, and commercial operations.
• Create and present informative reports and presentations as needed, facilitating strategic decision-making.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, emphasizing the importance of transparency and employee education.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Individual Credit Standards and Procedures, federal and state regulations, and banking industry laws.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Origination systems used in Retail Credit and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to make informed decisions while considering risks and rewards.
• Effective communication in both English and Spanish, adaptable to diverse audience needs.
• Negotiation and discussion skills.
