Kavana Business Presentations is seeking a highly skilled Remote Office Manager to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations, ensuring seamless communication and performance within our remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other financial software.
Coordinate schedules and calendar management for the team, utilizing Asana and Google Calendar.
Develop and implement effective filing systems across cloud storage platforms, ensuring easy access to documents and files.
Prepare and distribute high-quality, professionally formatted documents, such as business proposals, contracts, and reports.
Foster strong relationships with clients and team members through excellent communication and project management skills.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably with a business services or professional firm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and professional content.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant productivity tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
