Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Coordinate schedules and calendar management for the team, utilizing Asana and Google Calendar.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems across cloud storage platforms, ensuring easy access to documents and files.
• Prepare and distribute high-quality, professionally formatted documents, such as business proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and team members through excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably with a business services or professional firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and professional content.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant productivity tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
