Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reinforcing accounting operations and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Produce high-quality client financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • New Client Onboarding: Support new client onboarding processes, prepare financial projections, and foster strong business relationships.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to company-wide strategy development across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions, and providing in-depth financial analysis.
  • Leadership: Lead accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Subsidiary Operations: Oversee subsidiary accounting operations, including control systems and transaction processing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience with a proven track record as a supervisor.
  • Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with effective communication of financial information.
