Job Summary: The Compliance & Employee Relations Specialist at Aireko plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position fosters a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting fair treatment across the organization.


Responsibilities:



  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and others.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports as required.
  • Design and deliver training programs for management and employees on compliance topics.
  • Lead investigations into employee complaints and ensure thorough and unbiased outcomes.
  • Act as a mediator in employee disputes and facilitate fair and effective resolutions.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compliance and employee relations.
  • Proven track record of managing compliance programs and resolving complex employee issues.
