We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Clerk to join our team at City Experiences. As a Compliance Clerk, you will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document control.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Director of Compliance, including data entry, filing, and document control.
- Assist in the development of reports and documents related to contract, legal, and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including physical and digital documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
