- Financial Systems and Process Improvement: Supervise the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline financial operations to support agency growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement. Provide training and support to finance staff, ensuring effective performance and development.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives and business plans. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support agency strategies and client engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Big4 or 2nd Tier public accounting experience highly desired.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3+ years in leadership role.
- Experience in the marketing and advertising industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
