Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Jobleads-Us. This role involves identifying and developing new revenue-generating relationships with commercial and industrial clients.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful solution selling experience
  • Experience selling to C-suite and/or Board level executives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
  • MBA is a plus
  • B2B sales experience
  • Background in energy, sustainability, finance, or related fields
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets in competitive environments and mentoring team members
  • Extensive knowledge of the commercial and industrial landscapes in local and national markets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong independent work ethic and exemplary team collaboration abilities
