About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead our office's efforts in driving profitable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing revenue through net new sales and possess strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive net new client acquisition and growth
  • Manage new business growth opportunities from qualification to pitch phase
  • Collaborate with leadership, capabilities, and agency partners to win new business
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Engage and evaluate in-bound opportunities, creating a positive brand experience
Requirements
  • 10+ years of solution selling and relationship building experience
  • Proven track record in growing revenue through net new sales
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to direct deck designers
  • Proficiency in core sales competencies, including accountability, client focus, and team effectiveness
