  • Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance store managers' skills and knowledge.
  • Manage expenses, payroll budgets, and inventory levels to optimize store performance.
  • Coordinate sales promotion activities, pricing, and merchandise planning to drive sales growth.
  • Lead new store openings and closures, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of store managers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
