The Vice President, Federation Leadership & Engagement is a senior leadership position that provides strategic direction and support to Planned Parenthood affiliates across the country. This role is responsible for ensuring that affiliate leadership practices reflect the values and mission of Planned Parenthood.
Salary Range: $134,400 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time position requiring 25% travel. We offer a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership development and technical assistance to Planned Parenthood affiliates
- Support affiliate CEOs and Boards of Directors with governance and leadership practices
- Collaborate with national office staff to ensure excellent customer service to all federation stakeholders
- Develop strategies to grow trusted relationships between the national office and affiliates
- Manage a team of professionals providing consultative services to affiliates
- At least 15 years of directly related experience, including executive level roles in non-profit or healthcare settings
- Experience with federated or membership organizations preferred
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Able to manage multiple high-priority projects
