Industrial Operations Specialist

Mentor Technical Group seeks an Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating complex mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and regulatory compliance.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues, as well as collaborating with engineers to implement process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
• Monitoring and optimization of system performance
• Collaboration with engineers to implement process improvements
• Identification and resolution of system issues
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to safety protocols

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Certified/Licensed Electrician awarded by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
