Candidates for the Senior Vice President of North America (NA) Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of sales team leadership and management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on complex, geographically dispersed, and performance-oriented sales organizations. The role demands a leader with a strong execution mindset, the ability to work with urgency and speed, and a proven record of success in holding teams accountable. Key responsibilities include maximizing team productivity, solidifying succession plans, and enhancing management capabilities.
