The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end client onboarding and restructuring process, with a strategic focus on managing the onboarding schedule and pipeline. This role requires a leader who can bring a client-first mentality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and work cohesively with their core team. The Head of Client Onboarding Management will also be tasked with developing and maintaining global onboarding best practices, managing a dedicated onboarding team, and ensuring the successful delivery of client strategy implementation projects.

To excel in this position, candidates must have a minimum of 14 years of experience in the finance or asset management industry, with a proven track record in project management and a strong understanding of financial concepts and regulations. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. A background in the asset management industry, particularly in a senior project management role, is essential, as is experience with offshore centers. The ideal candidate will be a team player, yet capable of working independently, and will possess a formal certification in project management. A graduate degree is required, with a preference for candidates who are CFA-qualified.
