The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for driving the sales, customer service, pricing, and national account teams in North America. This role is pivotal in expanding the company's sales channels, managing a best-in-class sales organization, and fostering awareness of the brand on a global scale. The Commercial VP will work closely with the senior leadership team to set and execute the go-to-market strategy, create annual sales and service plans, and ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales targets. A high level of safety awareness, a strong track record in sales leadership, and the ability to travel extensively are essential for this position.

Applicants for the Commercial VP role at the company should have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years' experience in a senior-level sales leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership record in sales and customer service, be familiar with various distribution channels, and have experience in setting and tracking target prices. The role requires a results-oriented individual who can demonstrate a commitment to safety, provide direction and leadership to the team, and work with the management to drive the business forward. Collaboration with other entities to achieve the best market results and a proactive approach to market growth and product development are also key responsibilities of the position.
