The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic tax leadership, both in the US and internationally, and will be a key partner in establishing and delivering the global tax strategy. This role requires a leader with a strong background in US and international tax, including experience with complex tax issues such as GILTI, foreign income, Subpart F income, foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing. The Head of Global Tax will also be involved in all aspects of the tax provision process, tax compliance, and will be expected to build and manage a high-performing tax team.

Candidates for this role at the company should have a Master of Science or Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Taxation, and a CPA is required. Extensive experience in US and/or international income tax, as well as a proven track record of executive leadership and team management, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global tax laws and principles, and the ability to communicate complex tax issues effectively to key stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are a must, and experience with an outsourced tax model is preferred. The role demands a self-starter who can work collaboratively with cross-functional business partners and is adept at managing relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
