We're seeking a highly skilled Infosec Customer Enablement Analyst to join our team at LogicMonitor. As a key member of our InfoSec team, you will be responsible for building trust in our product and platform with customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to represent LogicMonitor's security stance and communicate with customers and prospects to complete risk assessments, RFPs, and provide security collateral.
- Manage and update the security knowledge base and LogicMonitor trust center, analyzing internal data to identify high-risk customers and collaborating with Customer Success to promote security best practices.
- Develop resources to enhance cybersecurity awareness for customers and customer-facing staff, contributing to security field enablement programs to improve customer trust and engagement.
- Create business process documentation to formalize security activities and ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations, software development, or information security.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards/frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix/Windows OS, applications, and networking.
- Basic knowledge of IaaS/PaaS solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, etc.).
