Job Title: Team Leader


Abarca Health is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to lead our Rx Customer Service team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy or healthcare, with experience in call center operations and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of Rx Customer Service Specialists in providing exceptional service to clients and beneficiaries.
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate training and development courses for team members.
  • Assist with member card production, provider directories, and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Document administrative prior authorization requests and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:



  • Associate's Degree in Pharmacy Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare call center operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership or supervision.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Prior experience in insurance, pharmacy, and/or healthcare.
  • Current/Active Certified Pharmacy Technician License.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management clinical operations and Medicare Part D.
