Pharmacy Call Center Team Lead

Job Title: Team Leader
Abarca Health is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to lead our Rx Customer Service team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy or healthcare, with experience in call center operations and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Rx Customer Service Specialists in providing exceptional service to clients and beneficiaries.
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate training and development courses for team members.
- Assist with member card production, provider directories, and client satisfaction surveys.
- Document administrative prior authorization requests and respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Pharmacy Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare call center operations.
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership or supervision.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in insurance, pharmacy, and/or healthcare.
- Current/Active Certified Pharmacy Technician License.
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management clinical operations and Medicare Part D.
