Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to sell HVAC and Appliance Repair Technician courses. The ideal candidate will excel in a hybrid customer service and sales role, with strong sales skills over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Sales: Handle inbound warm leads (90%) and make outbound calls (10%) to engage with prospective students.

One-Call Close: Perform sales using a one-call close approach, confidently asking for the sale over the phone.

Customer Support: Assist potential students by answering their questions and providing information about the courses.

CRM Usage: Utilize Go High Level CRM for managing leads, tracking interactions, and scheduling follow-up.

Sales Goals: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Experience in selling over the phone or by video is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.

Confidence in Closing: Comfort in closing deals and asking for the sale on the first call.

Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn commission.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial but not required.
