About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Patient Communications Operator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Answering telephones at a high volume
- Responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Entering data into the computer
- Protecting patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year experience as a call center operator, preferably in the medical field
- Excellent computer and customer service skills
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
