Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. in Guaynabo, PR.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and completing the Maintenance Master Package (MMP) process for capital project assets and systems. This includes generating work orders, reviewing Instrument Data Sheets and Job Plans for accuracy, creating Job Plans and Preventative Maintenance schedules, and populating asset data in template forms.

You will also be required to load or update asset data in CMMS, complete asset recommended spare part assessment using Spare Part Assessment Tool (SPAT), and partner with MRO spare parts resources to evaluate spare part availability and assignment in Maximo.

About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industries
  • Experience in direct process/manufacturing areas
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent oral skills
  • Proficient in MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of cGxP and regulatory guidance, as well as understanding of how they are applied to regulatory compliance
Requirements
  • Drug substance manufacturing and asset engineering experience
  • Ability to execute MMP activity workflow to ensure adherence to schedule, data quality, and outcome aligns with overall asset MMP requirements
  • Supporting the MMP project manager with coordination, scheduling, and tracking of MMP activities associated with equipment and systems in workflow
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
