Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Pdmtech Inc. in the Caribbean region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Promotion: Promote and sell company products by demonstrating their advanced technical functions and uses.
  2. Customer Assessment: Assess the needs of your sales area and develop strong business relationships with customers.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  4. Proposal Development: Develop proposals, reports, and sales contracts.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with trends in the industry.
  6. Information Sessions: Organize information sessions, create presentations, and discuss product lines.
  7. Client Visits: Visit clients or potential clients in your assigned region.
  8. Product Feedback: Gather information about negative effects of products and report back to your employer.
  9. Sales Forecast: Prepare and maintain the sales forecast.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Industrial mechanical, electrical or electronic technical degree or similar.
  2. Experience: 3 to 5 years experience as an Industrial Technical Sales Specialist or similar.
  3. Language: English.
  4. Work Schedule: Full-time.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commissions.
