About Us

At Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. As a Catering Sales Director, you'll play a key role in achieving this goal by overseeing the daily operations of our Banquet area. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with local and corporate standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to generate catering revenues
  • Maintain or exceed budgeted sales and profits in all catering areas
  • Optimize room rental charges and identify trends to inform strategic business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to consistently book repeat business
  • Participate in industry-related organizations and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Catering Sales and Convention Services
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
