About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to assist in the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file documents and records
  • Keep track of received data and source documents
  • Organize and work with detailed office or warehouse records
  • Verify policyholder information and maintain accurate customer records
  • Perform record keeping and data entry into agency systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of administrative work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
