We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as collaboration with other team members. This role involves managing the day-to-day of marketing operations, supporting the Brand Managers with marketing budgets, tracking the performance of marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
1+ year experience in administrative role (preferred in CPG)
Bilingual (Spanish / English), verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, etc)
Experienced in SAP (preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize within scheduled timelines.
Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly.
Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible.
