Job Summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Service Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
  • Support store operations, including sales, customer service, and store appearance
  • Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager
  • Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service
  • Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom
  • Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy
  • Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store
  • Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and securing the building
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to obtain RSS Certification
  • Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification
