Your Role

What You Bring to Nike

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for engaging with consumers and encouraging them to become Nike Members.
  • Digital literacy and a willingness to adapt to technological needs.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
