Job Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships

At McKesson, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic channel partnerships to drive year-over-year revenue growth and goal attainment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the channel segment, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • New Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from identifying new channel opportunities to deal closure, supporting Ontada's growth strategy and commercial goals.
  • Strategy Execution: Support the development of channel product revenue optimization strategies, expand the customer base, and identify new partnership and market expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in national account management, with a strong background in strategy, business development, and sales.
  • Experience working in the life sciences industry, particularly in oncology, with a focus on real-world data and value-based care.
  • Proven ability to analyze and apply real-world data to answer key customer questions and prove the value proposition of the data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
What We Offer:
