About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the success of our programs by collecting and managing high-quality data. You will work closely with Project Supervisors or Coordinators on quality assurance processes and collaborate to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our records.

Responsibilities:

\
  • Collaborate with Project Supervisors or Coordinators on quality assurance processes.
  • Enter knowledge assessments and project data into the electronic record system.
  • Monitor client interactions to achieve an 80% follow-up rate.
\

Qualifications:

\
  • Bachelor's Degree in a social service field (minimum).
  • Fluent bilingual skills in English (mandatory).
  • At least one year of experience collecting and entering data.
  • One year of experience working with substance use and/or mental health clients.
  • Excellent language and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized work habits and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
