Job Summary


Jobleads-Us is seeking a Strategic Retail Operations Expert to join our Retail Performance Improvement practice. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients to drive strategic, operational, and financial advice to retail and consumer product companies.


Primary Responsibilities


• Develop and lead innovative retail service offerings that are relevant for our retail and consumer clients.
• Collaborate with Retail Performance Improvement (RPI) team and client personnel to achieve engagement objectives.
• Utilize business, strategic, and analytical skills to perform tasks such as financial modeling and analysis, operations and service strategy development, revenue growth, and organizational design.
• Manage the junior team on multiple tasks across a consulting engagement.


Requirements


• 9+ years of experience within Corporate or management consulting industries.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, operations and service strategy development, and revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree or degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.


Salary Range


$125,000 to $300,000 per year.
