SaaS Financials Director

Flosum is seeking a seasoned financial leader to join our team as the Director of SaaS Financials. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of our SaaS operations and shaping our financial strategy.

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support the growth and profitability of our SaaS offerings.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor and analyze key SaaS financial metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV) to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee revenue recognition processes in compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606).
• Create and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis and valuation of new initiatives.
• Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports and projections to investors, board members, and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing SaaS financial operations and driving financial performance.
