Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a skilled Chief Technology Officer to oversee daily business operations and facilitate business changes in our Managed Service environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing certification environments for applications, overseeing development, and continuously improving internal development teams. They will provide expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring the delivery and performance of IT services meet our Service Level Targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our service offerings by designing infrastructure solutions using on-prem/cloud technology.

• Infrastructure
  • Research and identify best options for delivery infrastructure.
  • Deploy and maintain appropriate connectivity options.
  • Enhance quality of service delivered to internal users and clients.
  • Support Application Support team in managing critical incidents.
  • Design infrastructure solutions using on-prem/cloud technology.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security to evaluate and implement infrastructure solutions and changes.
  • Experience with Tomcat, Linux, Windows servers, VMware, AWS.

  • Contribute to roadmap for developing and evolving infrastructure to meet current needs and scale for future business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Propose design improvements for more efficient support of environment, applications, and clients.
  • Actively work on increasing availability of our services by iteratively improving existing infrastructure solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with computer architecture, networking, virtualization, storage, and operating system concepts.
• Evidence of academic preparation or courses related to job posting, if necessary.
