Main Responsibilities- Request materials from the warehouse to maintain optimal levels of components and materials for manufacturing packaging areas.
- Maintain required inventory levels of packaging products in production areas.
- Verify and remove production labels according to machines to prevent product mixing.
- Keep production packed in order and properly identified, segregating production before and after packaging is completed.
- Use the QAD system to make finished production entries.
- Operate forklift equipment to move finished products into production/packaging areas and load/unload trucks.
- Drive trucks to transfer final products/packaging products to warehouses and vice versa.
- Perform daily inventories of all packaging supplies and reconcile physical inventory with system listings.
- Complete daily/monthly inventory counts.
- Maintain good cleanliness in packing areas and materials storage.
- Obtain forklift certification.
- Maintain required documentation following Good Documentation Practices and training in LMS systems.
- Assist Material Handlers as needed.
- Comply with all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and health and safety rules for accident prevention.
- Support ISO, GMP, GDP, training, and audits.
- Provide customer service attitude when interacting with internal/external customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-3 years' experience in similar positions in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Able to communicate effectively in Spanish.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using MRP systems like QAD and other systems for material management within West CM.
- Able to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, decimals, and fractions).
- Valid driver's license.
- Forklift license.
We offer competitive salaries, commensurate with experience and qualifications. For this role, we estimate an annual salary range of $55,000 - $70,000, depending on location and individual qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can expect comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
